Moore Services has been in the cleaning industry for over 10 years. The company is owner operated by Tony Moore and he is proud
to announce he has a perfect rating with the Better Business Bureau. Over the years
he has established a wonderful client base that remains satisfied
with each visit.
Tony knows the
importance of customer service. Although he may not be the cheapest
cleaner in town, he takes pride in catering to the needs of those who
demand quality results. Tony's goal is to share a satisfying experience with
each customer with the intent of earning that customer for life. Tony would
rather you call him again, than overcharge and loose you for life.
Tony started Moore
Services in 1997 after learning the trade from some of the best. Before he
cleaned his first carpet under his own name, he knew that his name was all he
really had. To this day, he still runs his business knowing that his name
and his word are more important than any amount of money, and that is what
he inspires in the quality and workmanship displayed with each cleaning and
restoration project.
Before starting Moore
Services Tony went to work for a company that he would rather leave un-named.
That company encouraged extreme up sales on each job for the tech to make a
descent living. Tony saw that customers became very frustrated and unhappy even
if the carpets looked great. Tony knew the customers were unhappy with the
experience even if they were happy with the work, who wants
to be pressured
or mislead into buying more than they really want or need?
Tony started Moore Services
with that in mind. You will never be pressured to purchase more than you need
or want. After all you know what you need and you know what you want to pay right? Tony
knows that the experience is just as important as the results to earn a long
term and satisfied customer.
